OUR STORY: HOW IT ALL BEGAN
Throttle Trekkers was founded in November 2024 by a passionate group of twelve riders who first crossed paths during the Kalam Book of Records ride at Boche 1000 Acres. What started as a single shared ride, strangers riding side by side toward one record-setting cause, turned into something none of them expected: a brotherhood built on the simple love of two wheels and open roads. In the months that followed, that first spark refused to fade. Weekend rides turned into standing plans. Standing plans turned into a WhatsApp group, then a riding calendar, then a community with its own identity. What began as a handful of friends chasing sunrises has grown into a well-organized and active biking group known today for its unity, discipline, and distinct riding culture — a group that plans routes, not just rides. Every club has a founding story. Ours happens to be a record-breaking one, and that has shaped everything since: a community that rides not just for the thrill of the road, but for something bigger than any single rider.
ACHIEVEMENTS & RECOGNITION
In a short time, Throttle Trekkers has built a track record that most communities take years to earn. These milestones aren't just trophies on a shelf — each one reflects the values the club rides by.
- Kalam Book of Records Holder — Recognized in the Kalam Book of Records for a ride organized in support of a Drug-Free Society, using the platform of motorcycling to champion a message far larger than the road.
- Throttle Fest 1.0 — Conceived, planned, and executed as the community's first flagship gathering — bringing riders together beyond the regular ride calendar for a full-scale celebration of the biking culture.
- Soul Club Award — Presented at the national level in recognition of the club's spirit, organization, and contribution to the wider riding community.
- Pillar of the Community Award — Awarded to one of our own riders in recognition of individual commitment to community, service, and the values Throttle Trekkers stands for.
OUR VALUES
Throttle Trekkers isn't held together by rules on paper. It's held together by a small set of principles every rider agrees to ride by, whether it's a five-kilometre morning run or a five-day cross-country trek.
- Brotherhood & Unity: No rider gets left behind, on the road or off it. Every ride moves as one unit, watching out for the person ahead and the person behind.
- Safe & Responsible Riding: Gear up, every time. Follow the rules of the road, respect speed limits, and ride in a way that keeps both the group and the public around them safe.
- Adventure & Exploration: New routes over repeat routes. The club is built on the belief that the best road is usually the one nobody's posted about yet.
- Respect for Riders and Nature: Every trek passes through someone else's town, someone else's trail. Throttle Trekkers rides with respect for the people, roads, and landscapes it borrows for a day.
WHO WE ARE TODAY
What began as twelve riders has grown into a structured, active community with a calendar of its own — short sunrise runs for the early risers, weekend group rides for the regulars, and longer multi-day treks for those chasing something further. Every ride, regardless of distance, follows the same discipline: a lead rider, a sweep rider, a safety briefing, and a group that moves together. Beyond the rides themselves, Throttle Trekkers has grown into a genuine social fabric — riders who show up for each other's celebrations, support each other through breakdowns (mechanical and otherwise), and treat the club less like a hobby group and more like an extended family that happens to bond over motorcycles.

Today, Throttle Trekkers stands for more than just a biking group — it is a family on wheels, creating unforgettable journeys and meaningful impact beyond riding. With a strong foundation now in place and a growing presence across the riding community, the club is only getting started. The road ahead includes bigger group rides, deeper community initiatives, and new milestones to chase — a second edition of Throttle Fest, wider recognition, and a growing family of riders who believe, like we do, that the best journeys are the ones taken together. Every route tells a story. Ours is just getting started.
